Initial engagements are offered on a pilot, fixed-scope basis while formats are refined with early organisations. Scope, effort and fees are agreed in the proposal before any work begins.

A readiness review produces a gap report and roadmap; it is not a certification, accreditation or audit opinion, and ITS does not issue such unless it is formally qualified to do so.
